Change the Portal a bit for the forums, and get rid of the Xat chat box.. given a bit of time it can be hacked. This site has a built in chat box, much better.
Add a few new categories to the forums as well, and group the existing sub-forums under the new ones that match. Like, a Market forum, with Buying and Selling sub-forums.
Need to add an Infractions forum, with Sub-forums like Infraction appeals (which includes bans/mutes), and add a stickied Format for Reporting and Appeals.
Add a download hyperlink (Picture type hyperlink) to the Portal, and a download button in the Navigation.
Also a Webclient would help, as people now are a little lazy or don't know how to extract properly lol...
